Electronic Claims Minimize
Revenue Management Software gives your medical billing system instant electronic claims capabilities.
  • Easy to install and use
  • Advanced features
  • Low cost

Easy to Install and Use

Revenue Management software runs on any computer with Windows 2000/XP Pro/Vista/ 7 © (Home versions NOT supported!). Only three steps are required to process your claims.

1. Revenue Management extracts the patient claim information from your existing billing software.
2. Review or edit the claims as needed to provide information not supplied by your billing software.
3. Transfer the HIPAA compliant, ANSI format claims to the carrier or clearinghouse of your choice.

Advanced Features

The ANSI claim format requires much more information than is currently available in most billing software. Revenue Management allows you to use templates to automatically fill in the information not available from your billing software. This makes ANSI claims quick and easy, without the need for additional manual data entry steps.

In conjunction with many popular billing systems, Revenue Management can easily manage specialized claim requirements such as UB04, Rural Health, DME with Certificates of Medical Necessity. Case notes, test results and other information can also be included in the electronic claim file.

Transmitting claims and receiving reports is completely automated within Revenue Management, eliminating tedious and error-prone manual processes.

New Features

  • Advanced editors to quickly configure Insurance, Providers, Receivers, Referring Providers, PINS and Practice information in Medisoft and Lytec.
  • Medical Policy edits, CCI edits and user-defined rules
  • More powerful HIPAA ANSI file validation edits
  • Easy Installation and Configuration process with the new Set-up Wizard
  • Eligibility 270/271
  • Claim Status 276/277

 Electronic Remittance

Revenue Management also retrieves and translates functional acknowledgement (997) of your claims and the Electronic Remittance Advice (835) reports. These reports may be printed, and in many billing systems, posted directly into patient accounts.
